Scientific Production Association Agat is the core of our Concern. For over a 60-year period of its research and industrial activities, it has been committed to the development of shipboard equipment, computer-aided systems and combat managements systems for the Russian Navy submarines and surface ships, fire control systems for all types of ship-mounted weapons.

Currently, Concern Morinformsystem-Agat JSC is a parent organization in Russian shipbuilding that specialized in information systems, IP technologies, system engineering of marine data-computing equipment, electromagnetic compatibility of radio-electronic facilities, degaussing systems, fire control system of sea-based cruise and ballistic missiles, combat information and control systems and integrated managements systems of surface ships and submarines.

The main activities of our Concern are development, production, warranty service, upgrading, repair, and utilization of integrated multifunctional ship management systems, integrated automation naval force management equipment, naval missile and artillery control systems, combat information and control systems for surface ships and submarines, automated shipboard countermine control systems, naval unified computing machines, training simulators, multifunctional ship- and shore-based radar systems, combined weapon and fire alarm facilities, ship and coastal missile systems, and also hydroacoustic systems.

Apart from SPA Agat, Concern Morinformsystem-Agat JSC includes such major enterprises as Research-and-Production Association Mars, Research and Production Enterprise Kaluga Instrument-Making Plant Typhoon, State Moscow Plant Salyut, Plant Topaz, Design Bureau Ametist, Plant Izumrud, Central Scientific Research Institute Kurs, Production Association Binom, Production Association Kometa, Research and Production Firm Meridian, Kamchatka Hydrophysical Institute, Scientific Research Institute Atoll and Plant Elektropribor.

It is the enterprises of Concern Morinformsystem-Agat JSC who have developed such internationally known weapon systems as the Club-S (submarine) and Club-N (surface ship) naval missile systems; MR-123 and Puma (5P-10) artillery systems; Fregat, Podberezovik and Pozitiv radar stations; combat information and control systems for submarines and surface ships; Bal-E coastal missile system, as well as other military weaponry being in the inventory of ships and submarines not only in the Russian Navy but in many other countries as well.

The parent enterprise of our Concern is actively involved in the development of precision-guided weapon systems. It has developed the Club-M multifunctional mobile coastal missile system, the 3R-14UKSK multipurpose shipboard firing system and Club-K Container Missile System and Club-U Modular Missile System and tendered them for export. A distinctive feature of the Club-M coastal missile system is the concurrent application of both the 3M-54E-type antiship missiles and the 3M-14E missiles designed to destroy ground targets. In its turn, the 3R-14UKSK shipboard missile system with its multipurpose weapon-control system is designed to destroy surface, ground and underwater targets by means of the BrahMos (PJ-10), 3M-54E, 3M-14E, and 91RE2 missiles loaded in any combination into a multipurpose missile launcher. Thus, this single system incorporates all the advantages of the Club-N and BrahMos missile systems.

With the help of Club-K and Club-U Missile Systems almost every type of ship can be turned into missile ship by installing of either 40-foot standard marine container with universal launching module (Club-K), either one of three launching modules (inclined, vertical or elevating) – Club-U.

Our Concern pays major attention to the development of specialized and tactical trainers aimed to provide practical training for crews of various submarines and surface ships. Such training takes place in training centers with a view to provide stable skills in multipurpose operation of weapons, radio-electronic and technical equipment.
All the enterprises of our Concern use quality management systems that conform to the requirements of the international ISO 9001:2001 series standards and GOST RV 15.002-2003 standards, and this is substantiated by the SDS, Military Register and TUVCERT (Germany) certificates.
