Concern Morinformsystem-Agat

The Test Center is meant for carrying out of products environmental testing.

The Center has a huge range of testing controlling and measuring unique equipment of domestic and foreign production that in the aggregate with the qualified personnel ensures the high-quality experimental and production samples tests to determine the compliance with the technological normative documentation requirements (PM, GOSTs, specifications and others.):

Preparing documentation and performing reliability calculations

Concern Morinformsystem-Agat

Automated calculated reliability assessment of faultless performance of nonredundant radio electronic equipment (REE), consisting of electronic radio components (ERC) produced domestically and abroad.

Calculated assessment of redundant REE with and without repair
Automated calculations of REE spare parts tools and accessories (SPTA) sets with miniaturizing of spare parts’ volume, weight, or cost.

Circuit Boards and Electronic Packages

Mars JSC

The production is specialized on release of compound multilayered circuit boards (up to 26 layers), up to medium-sized parties (basically about 500 sq. dm), and bilateral circuit boards of 3-5 classes of accuracy in accordance with GOST 23751, and also class Е on SN (above 5 classes). The prices for circuit boards are on the market level. The price of one square decimeter depends on the order volume (the order is larger, the price lower).

Designing and working out of video modules

Mars JSC

Now Mars JSC has branched out into manufacturing of AM LCD visual displays of various types.

There is created and certified the contaminant-free room (that meets the requirements for contaminant-free rooms as provided by 8 ISO, GOST R ISO 14644-1) where the whole manufacture of visual displays is located. The manufacture quality system of visual displays is certificated by certification authorities of MREK JSC quality systems within Voenelektronsert system.

Electronic Modules Designing and Producing

Mars JSC

The unique production provides the making of electronic modules on components of surface and pin assembling in plastic, ceramic and metal encapsulations of domestic and foreign production with dimensions from 1x0,5 mm up to 50x50 mm and accuracy of elements placing not worse than 17,0 micron.
