The Test Center is meant for carrying out of products environmental testing.

The Center has a huge range of testing controlling and measuring unique equipment of domestic and foreign production that in the aggregate with the qualified personnel ensures the high-quality experimental and production samples tests to determine the compliance with the technological normative documentation requirements (PM, GOSTs, specifications and others.):

• mechanical tests - vibration strength, vibration resistance, resonance determination, sinusoidal oscillating vibration, broad-band random vibration, transport, hit-and-run strike, multiple strikes and etc.;
• environmental tests - high humidity, high and low temperature, rotating temperature, thermal shock, ultraviolet radiation, salt fog, splashproofness and others;
• special tests - hostile environment, electromagnetic compatibility, magnetic field 50 Hz and 400 Hz (Helmholtz coils), low pressure and others;
• electrical tests – insulation resistance, insulation electrical strength and others.

• weight of the products under testing is up to 2000 kg;
• sinusoidal and broad-band random vibration in there mutually perpendicular  directions by turns with the frequency of 5-2000 Hz, displacement amplitude up to 12,5 mm and acceleration up to 100 g;
• hit-and-run and multiple strikes up to 1000 g.

• operating volume of environmental chamber from 0,4 to 16 m³;
• high humidity up to 100%;
• high temperature up to +200 °С;
• low temperature up to -70 °С;
• salt fog with the temperature up to +35 °С, water content of 2-3 g/m³, dispersion of 1-20 micron;
• rotation temperature exposure, thermal shock from +100 °С up to -70 °С;
• low pressure up to 5 mm Hg;
• splash- and waterproofness.
